SUMMER PROGRAMS IN FULL SWING!
Four two-week summer adventures for younger children (3-5 and 5-7) and seven one- and two-week adventures for older children (7-12) are scheduled at Kay School between June 29 and August 21.
Younger children will embark on a Voyage Under the Sea for the first two weeks of the Summer; then travel on a Spanish Adventure; followed by a visit with the Dragons of Blue land; and concluding with an exploration of Frogs, Logs & Bogs. Each of these two-week adventures are loaded with activities and fun, and promise play-based learning along the way.
Older children will begin the summer with three one-week tinkering camps dealing with Flying Machines, Boat Building and Inventions. Each will conclude with a child-designed and constructed item that flies, floats or (who knows) makes life better and easier. Tinkering will be followed with a week-long media creation project (Lights, Camera, Action), a two-week Theater Camp, and a forensics investigation (It Is A Mystery!).
